All-Grain Recipe, 10 gallon batch (Infusion Mash method)

O.G. = 1.045, F.G. = 1.010, ABV% = 4.6, Old Bavarian Lager Yeast CL-650, IBUs = 25

Grainbill

  1. Weyerman's Pilsner Malt, 7 lbs
  2. German Pale Malt, 9 lbs
  3. Victory Malt 20L,0.5 lb

Hops

  1. Tettnanger, 5.8% AA, 3.5 oz, whole plug, 60 min
  2. Tettnanger, 5.8% AA, 0.5 oz, whole plug, 20 min

Fermentation:

  1. Primary fermentation, 2 weeks @ 46-55 deg F.
  2. Secondary fermentation, 2-10 weeks @ 32-35 deg F.

Lager for 3-6 months @ 33 deg F.
