Is actually easier (at least from a kit) than making beer. It takes less work, no cooking is involved, there's no measuring, very little monitoring, and you only have to fill 24 bottles! Check out winemaking kits at your local homebrew supply store or online. You should try it! It's good! I made a batch of Valpolacella for $3.00/bottle! Great for drinking and fantastic to cook with!
